- Visitor Dan Christensen discussed regatta to raise money for GI Disorders (Digestive Health Alliance 8/20/2011)
- Registration opens end of the month
- Regatta is designed to be a fun day on the lake

- Membership drive – looking for any ideas on ways to attract new members
- Installation of davits (with concrete?)
- Board meetings moved to Monday through April
- Membership meetings moved to Saturday through May
- KSCS approved for community block grant of $4000 for scholarships for kids

- Motion to accept new bylaws passed
- Scheduled members meeting for Sat Jan 8th 1:00 PM
- Will schedule Februrary & Marches meeting at the January meeting
- Next board meeting (Dec.) will be moved from 21st to the 22nd

- Sign up sheet was on old door and went missing when the door was replaced. Looking for it and the sheet will be replaced shortly

- Tim mentioned they are in the midst of recruiting for sea scouts 13.5 or 14-21 year olds (meeting tues at 6:00)
- Yachtsman of the year (Tim) received gift (jacket) and made Tyra Banks look like an amateur by gracing us with his interpretation of what a runway pass SHOULD look like
- Carol checked that the Saftey boat was covered
