      1. Lease up in 2021 and would like to extend to 2026. About $500 short.

      2. 5 year plan (will give us a contract out to 2050) is goal for meeting with Frank & Tom Hartley

    3. KYC Spring Adult Sailing Class

      1. Went really well

      2. How do we continue the interest?

        1. Member comment - cookout at the end of it

        2. Ed comment – double price and give them a social membership

        3. Member comment – waive the initiation fee

        4. Re-engage the people who took the sailing course

        5. Member comment - Offer discounted rate through the KCSC?

        6. Pair people with a boat after the fact

    1. To flood KYC parking lot to create a skating rink where we wouldn't be responsible. Museum rink did it, and it lasted 1 year.
