Application for Tall Ships Youth Sail Opportunity
Living in a community that borders Lake Michigan and offers a harbor entrance to the city is an awesome place to call home. One of the many blessing of this location is that the Tall Ships occasionally find their way to our port. On August 1 – 4, 2019 this will happen and we will share an amazing Tall Ships event!
One of the primary goals of the Tall Ship Community is to transform lives throughout the days of the event and especially as they reach out to youth.
The Kenosha Yacht Club and the Kenosha Community Sailing Center will be sponsors of this year’s event. One way we will do that is to sponsor 38 youth and 10 chaperones for a sail out into Lake Michigan on one of the tall ships.
We invite your church to apply for this opportunity and send 4 of your youth
and a required chaperone (21 or older) to participate in a Tall Ships Sail.
